Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coil

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel refers to stainless steel that has been processed through a cold rolling process at room temperature, which imparts a smooth, shiny finish and improves the material's mechanical properties, such as hardness, strength, and surface quality.

Cold Rolling Process:

Cold Rolling

Annealing

Degreasing

Tension Levelling

Surface Finish:

Smooth and Shiny: Cold-rolled stainless steel sheets typically have a smooth, glossy surface. This is often achieved through processes like polishing or skin passing (final rolling) to create a reflective finish.

Uniform Surface: The surface is more uniform and free of scale.

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Grades:

Cold-rolled stainless steel come in various alloy grades, each with specific properties suited for different applications. Some of the most common grades include:

304 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel, a multi-purpose product with good corrosion resistance, used in a variety of home appliances and industrial purposes.
