Hot rolled stainless steel is stainless steel that has been processed at temperatures above its recrystallization temperature, usually between 1700°F and 2300°F (926°C - 1260°C). At these temperatures, the steel becomes soft and pliable, allowing it to be easily shaped into various forms, including coils, sheets, plates, and more.
Form:
A coil is a continuous strip of stainless steel that is rolled up in a circular form after being processed through the hot rolling mill.
A flat piece of stainless steel that has been hot rolled. Sheets are typically flat and rectangular in shape, but they can also be cut into smaller dimensions or various shapes.
Surface Finish:
The surface of hot rolled stainless steel may be somewhat rough and have visible scale, which is a result of oxidation during the high-temperature rolling process. This surface may require further finishing (like pickling) for certain applications.
Supply size:
Thickness: 3-60mm
Width*Length: 1250*2500mm
1500*6000mm
Other size as customer request
